border worlds and jump points

border worlds and jump points

I have just 2 questions:

1. What systems are considered border worlds?

2. It seems the jump points in the sol system and sirius do not work. Can anyone give me advice on how to fix them?

Sol and Sirius are being redone. If you got the last download, BW systems are the ones with a green jump "ball" in their system.
