Here are some bugs for you:
*I shoot down a galaxy and it had a cargo of pilots. Many many pilots... weird. Should be slaves right? I doubt 100 people would manage to eject from a blowing ship
*The kilrathi rebel thingy is a bit unbalanced. They were aggressive to me at first so I began to shoot at them. My rep with other kilrathi began to rise while I only lost rep with kilrathi rebels
Now I have high reputation with both kilrathi and confed... and can walk freely into both territories, all for just killing a few salthi. I think you should lose rep with another powerful faction when killing kilrathi reb, to balance this out.
*This is a sugestion: Bounties on cap ships should be extremely high paying if such capships can carry many fighters ( ie: carriers ). Not because of the danger itself, but because you -will- have to hire wingmen to pull it off and the extra credits are needed to cover such expenses.
*Do wingmen follow you in jump points? I havent tried.

Just did the carrier thing (mostly).... and yes, not only wingmen follow you thru jump points, they also jump ahead of you if you tell them to attack a jump point.
Looking at the other stuff.
