Help, how to Install VS on Mandrake 9.2 ?

Hello. I have Mandrake 9.2 with standard kernel. I want to play on Vega Strike, I downloaded the VS file vegastrike-0.4.1-installer.tar.bz2 and I don't know what to do next. I extract this bz2 file and i have 3 tar files, setup.sh, root-setup and vsfinalize. In the manual I find lines where I read so I must install the rpm then run vsinstall from the terminal and then run vsluncher, but this don't work. I'm beginer in Linux too so please repeat me as simple as it possible. I'll be very thankfull.

Well, it's probably better to get the rpm's for vegastrike:
