how do i get rid of aera hud view??
i cant take it any more!

Go into 1st person view, and press the 1 key. That should remove the Aeran HUD, and substitute a default HUD.

not in my game (winXP) i hit the "1" key repetedly, and the view doesnt change. i would like to see my ship around me in space so i dont suffocate (*gasp*)
