Joy stick axis problems

(note: I have no Idea what the plural of axis is)
I just downloaded vega Strike and I really like it, but I have a rather large problem. I'm using a Microsoft Sidewinder presicion 2 joystick and for some reason vega Strike has confused my Axis. It reads my throttle as bank and roll and my (what should be) bank and roll axis as my throttle. Is there a way to switch the bindings for these axis?
