Ok,
I have recently got interested in the Vega strike engine. Long story short I want to Develop a game using the vega strike engine and its source code or at least a Tech demo.
I am not sure about your guys policy on this but I would like to do so.
Second I am wondering what programing language this engine Uses (C++, C#, Java, etc).
Third What model formats does this Engine accept?
I also have a few ideas for the engine... to just make it cooler.

According to the source, it's GPLv2.
There's no LICENSE file though. There should be. Or the license mentioned in the README.
