The new banner/tab that this board uses "cookie consent" is extremely annoying, and when I browse on my tablet/phone it uses a LOT of valuable screen space. I have not found a way to turn it off. If I can't disable it, using this board becomes a very frustrating experience as I try to read and click things that the banner and side tab are covering.
How to disable?!

Re: cookie consent: how to get rid of the banner
Well it shows permanently on both my tablet and my phone (both Android) and takes up much of the screen. It doesn't matter if I enable or disable cookies, or what options I choose in the tab. I don't have any browser add-ons which would interfere with cookies either.

Hi all for the notes i have implament this that i need to comply with the European/dutch cookie law.
Even the server is in Germany the domain name vega-strike.org is restate in the Netherlander and i don't want a ticket form the OPTA (dutch FCC)
And so far that i know is this current the best solution.
But i have not test this on a tabled.

There is no "save preferences"

I get either that or a banner at the top that covers 25% of the screen. No matter what options I select, it won't disappear.
