Well they are letting me out of this rehab program at the end of the month and I will be moving up with one of my brothers, till then I am limited to this Hp Pavilion 6233se that i dropped a new HD(320 Gb was 120) into on the weekend still only 1 Gb Memory though so it labours with any games :( that and I am using a 3G USB stick for web access and that won't change when i get to my brother's place as it's in the country with no wired broadband access.Still can't log into the web in linux (Knoppix 6.5 live dvd) yet as my brother the techno peasant(his self discription) can't find the passsword  but it works in windose as the connection software auto-installs,anyone know where in win7 that i can find it,I assume it`s buried in the registry  someplace.

Enjoy the Choice:)

Only the left  one as my whole left side is still numb :( Still using a walker too physio and occupational therapy is fun my Tai Chi is helping with both :) And the OT theraypist has me learning to type as i have never been more than a hunt and peck tyepist  There is a bit of irony in that as I had the stroke while I was playing Nexiuz  after work.

Enjoy the Choice:)

A bit of an update being discharged from this rehab hospital tomorrow :D so will be setting up my main box over the weekend and early next week will need to update my OS's as fedora 10 is past end of life  but i have been seeing some negative reports on fedora 15/Gnome 3.0 so I will be going with Debian Squeeze which uses Gnome 2.8 have a DVD of it and have already installed it on this laptop I will also need to replace Win7Rc1 with the final release version. So I will be updating my SVN repos on both Win7 and Linux so I will be able to give some meaningful feedback them :)

Enjoy the Choice :)

Sorry to hear you went through that. Even worse, when enjoying a nice game.
I wish you a smooth and quick recovery so that you can fly into space effortlessly.

Well it's been one year since I had the proverbial kick in the head :D left side is still numb and I may have what is called spastisity as in the muscles on my left side are in continuous tension a bit painful but that's self diagnosis :? so will have to check with my Dr. on the 19th.

Enjoy the Choice :)

One gets used to it as it is constant background noise :( but major moment can be very painful  so will have to continue with my Tai Chi :D hopefully proper stretching of the meridians will alleviate it with time.
