Experimental splash screen

Here's a new splash screen for Vega Strike. It hasn't been approved yet, and I submit it in the off topic forum to get more general feedback, because I fear it may be a bit too 'sexy' to be included in 0.4.0.

Yeah, it was quite the debate over whether to reveal myself or not. Ultimately, my boredom won out and I did it just to see what happened.

I have learned my lesson. Either I'm going to be 100% upfront with myself, or I'm going to stick with the Captain Kirk.
