hull and shield percent

one thing that would help me (and probably others) would to make a numeric
view of your targets shields and hulls. just to make it more difficult you could add a 5 to 8 percent margin of error sense the hull and shield numbers of your target would be you computers calculation.

There is a ship's status page in the left VDU cycle with "m" the first page is a list of your ships components and there functionality in percentages the damage system is pretty coarse ATM. the second page lists your credit balance and cargo manifest what the patrols scan for contraband you can also jettison cargo from here "Z" the top the list goes out the lock.
