Use of Vega Strike music for other uses?
Is it possible for me to use Vega Strike music for other uses - like from indie film production or indie game development?

Under certain conditions. The music is currently dual-licensed under GPL and Creative Commons NonCommercial ShareAlike 1.0.
So that means, you either have to GPL your movie/game, or release it under CC-NC-SA if you want to use the music in it. If you option it under the GPL, you can sell it. If you option it under CC-NC-SA, you can't make any money off the final product (or at least, you can't sell any version that contains the music).
The third option is to get direct permission from ken suguro and/or peteyg. They may be willing to let you use it under looser terms if you have a compelling reason.
