I don't think it was your intent, but on the bottom images, that little yellow center antennae on the back looks like pikachu. The yellow does make them stand out though, I wouldn't want to hit them flying my way into the bay.
I like the simple color schemes you put together for these monstrous vehicles!

Good work !
A significant improvement over the old Watson.
It looks splendid, and we'll certainly take it as it is, but if you're up for a little more work, here are some thoughts I had --
The textures look really good, but we could use one more
The Andolian textures with green highlights in them are good for the Andolian-crewed vessels in the Confederation fleet, but it'd also be nice to have a texture for the Andolian fleets that uses a dark blue rather than green highlight.
The bottom doesn't have a set of projections on it similar to that which is present on the top (note similar, not same -- space being 3D means having to worry about all sides of the vessel, but it doesn't mean that everything has to be completely symmetrical -- that would be visually boring ). Having such a set would be in character for Andolian designs, as such projections are where many of the turrets tend to be mounted (especially the PD turrets).
Finally, on a purely aesthetic note, I'm not entirely sold on the tower -- it looks like some sort of conning tower or observation tower, but if the bands of lighted regions are windows, then, remembering the scale of the vessel, they would be enormous (also worth considering, if perhaps only at a texture level, as it looks like you blacked out the lights on the mechanist version, is that the Andolians, as the designers, aren't real big on direct visual portals -- comes with the territory of spending all of one's life looking out in a data-overlay fashion -- and that window-like structures may be more likely carved out by those wanting them rather than covered over by those not). I wouldn't mind seeing several smaller, squatter structures (although perhaps some could be longer in length) that lie closer to the hull, and I would think that if there were any such structures, there would some form of them on the bottom of the hull as well as the top. However, it's up to you what you want to do with the tower(s) - it's not that important relative to the rest of the vessel, which has been very well re-imagined. I look forward to seeing the files posted/e-mailed sometime soon, with or without some of my suggested changes. As I noted at the beginning, this is head and shoulders above the existing Watson model, and we'd be grateful to have her even exactly as she is now.

Re: Watson (Andolian Support/Escort Carrier) (Replacement)
hello i finish to rework the texture and i clean the mesh (it was some bad normal in game and a totally solid effect)
here the Parcell;(i'have a doubt : i m not sure if i disable the "edge split effect....beware) and another advice : the turret-light marker is really tiny in the blend files, and 1blend unit= 50 meters then the ship is something like 1500 meters)
