Found Kilrathi Weapon Dump need some help answerin questions

Is this weapons dump my own personal base? I purchased ammo and it came to 0$. I also wander if I can use it as a cache point for ships and anything else?

You don't get credited for the ammo because there's nobody's there to credit you. It is an "all-you-can-haul" base, an unmanned kilrathi supply depot. Go there if you need something and you're low on funds. But I suppose being low on funds means you're flying an outdated ship with low shields and armament, so reaching Tr'Pakh is a great struggle - talk about asteroids and cats.

You might also be able to buy special things there - But you'll need to be at good terms with some special persons...
