Paradigm, bug or normal?

I saw the Paradigm for selling only once is the entire game (when i killed the drone), since then i never saw again, even when i finished the RF campaign...

Is it normal of the game? A bug that needs to be fixed?

Cause only now i got the 9 million needed to buy (i captured and sold cat ships hehe)...
So why isnt it avaible for selling at later parts of the game, or even unblocked once you finished PR? Will it be fixed on later updates of game (if therell be any)?

It's normal.
I'm not sure what's the rationale, I think it's just an easter egg. You won't find it again - only just after killing the drone.
