If so how? cuz I just royally screwed my game by overwriting my bin folder now the bases dont open correctly says they dont have rooms

PR hasn't been updated in years; it's no longer maintained, and won't run with the newer vegastrike executables without updating a lot of python files.

There's a new mod called Privateer: Parallel Universe (PU), which was originally a mod of PR, but now is independent of it. PU includes and expands upon PR, with new ships and missions; runs on the current Vegastrike executable, and is being actively developed and supported.
