Restricted Area!?

Does anyone know what the restricted area is for?

And how do you get in?

No idea what it's for, or how to get in.

(Assuming you're talking about the restricted areas on the military levels of fighter barracks?)

I'd assume it's for something not yet implemented. Possibly to be used in the storyline missions or as a special area for members of the appropriate faction (whenever that feature is added)

After all, it is a Restricted Area... not like any faction would want a bunch of random mercenaries/traders/freelancers wandering around secure areas anyway.

Maybe it houses some Super-Weapon, which maybe deployed in the near future of the VS Universe...?

Or Geneticly Engineered Organisms used for war?

(This may sound insane, but considering it's a futuristic military base, it could be possible)...

This is the restricted area in its entirety as far as the game is concerned:

Not a whole lot there.

On an interesting side note, Targon produced an animated version of this base background with a spinning fan. I don't think it's ever been implemented but I have the files.

Ah, maybe the cause of this code is, it would of been possible an enter-able room at first, but whoever was building it never got round to finishing it... (Or atleast not yet) So they might have to called it "Restricted Area"
Until whoever was doing it has built it fully and ready to be revealed.

Anyways, I doubt its still being created, becasue it seems whoever started quit, so the only way its going to be finshed is if someone takes up the challenge

My best guess is that it'll be a place to get special military missions once you have sufficient credibility with the owning faction. So 100 klkk cred gets you access and then you can find out the current mission that the base commander needs completed.
