Pirate systems and Scipts.

How do I find systems with pirate bases and also how do I set up to get missions with pirate heavy cap ships so I can get practice working with wingmen.

there are no completely pirate controlled systems ATM they ain't that big a faction besides what is in my game is totally different than yours each system is only generated when you enter it for the first time except for Cyphid 17 the start system and Sol/Sol which where hand built.

Will pirates post a bounty on you if they know who you are, I have been using a cloaking Goddard and their are stories all of the news about an unpainted ship with rumors of a cloak and jump gates triggering with nothing coming out,. You think I'm busted?
