A Few Questions

I'm kinda sorta new to this game, and I have a few questions.

1. What are the major selling points of the Rlaan, Aera, and Confed fighters? I'm trying to decide which sort to get.

2. I just purchased a new ship, but I can't seem to cram a better reactor in there. It's a stock fighter, but I can't seem to put anything better than a reactor level 1 in it.

3. What's this campaign I hear about? I've managed to figure out that it has something to do with Sol, but nothing else.

welcome darthbob88 the answer to your first question is very subjective and personal and depend mostly on each individual ship's load out now you should be able to upgrade that reactor have you tried selling the old one before buying the new one. the campaign is just a mini quest really more proof of concept than anything else.have fun

I figured as much regarding the warbirds. I did try selling the reactor first, but I still couldn't get anything better. Odds are good that it was in fact MilSpec and I didn't see it. C'est la vie.

I quite enjoy Rlaan ships, firstly because their my favourite race & faction.... Secondly, their technology on ships can usely outrun enemies in combat.
