Plotline question - spoiler needed

Hello, I am stuck. I don't know what to do now.
I finished all plot-mission successfully: Sandavod, Tayla, the guy on New California, Oxford, Palan: Monkhouse. When I finally transported Monkhouse in Palan to Basra, he told me in the bar, that his part of the articaft looks like mine and that it looks like a map. He wanted to share his artificat with me, when I give him the rights for the scientific publications. He wanted to put the sheltek-alphabet and a target into my nav-comp. And I should go to a newly discovered world. But where? I have no actual mission and couldn't read out of the dialoge where to go.
Can anyone help? My plotline-count is 133 and my full-powered Cent is waiting
