Got my Jump Drive damaged in Privateer Remake

I was sent to a mission in Hyades, and had my jump drive damaged in battle, and it seems repair droids do nothing for the jump drive.
The only base, Charon, has no starship bays, and I'm pretty far in the game.
Is there anyway to edit/cheat to get back to a sector that has a repair area for the jump drive?
