Key Commands in PR

Something I just noticed... Apologies if this is a silly question but I can't figure it out.

The PR Manual lists key commands and there are different commands for each letter depending on the case (upper or lower). Does this mean I have to use SHIFT + (whatever letter) or do I use my Caps Lock?

I've tried using SHIFT but doesn't seem to work well. What's more my Eject Cargo command doesn't work either...

  = press "[caps lock on] + i key

Having caps lock on is like having the shift key pressed while you press the desired alphabetical key. If you press "[caps lock on] shift + i key" while caps lock is on, you will get output = i. You get what I mean. Its what you would call "case sensitive".
