Game crashes

I have been having a few crashes since the last patch. Anyone else has them?

I installed the patch11 full download and it was doing pretty well but then crashed when I tried to jump into New Atlantis.

Please send me stderr.txt and stdout.txt along with an explanation of where crashiness happened...

I got the word that there was a crashing but in CVS with system deletion. I'm not sure if it was fixed already. Does patch11 contain the latest CVS, spirit? Because if so, it must be that bug.
