How can i run Vega-strike windowed?

$ vegasettings doesnt give me that option. Is there a way to run the game in a window? Or better toggle between fullscreen and windowed?

It does look a the Color label the options include 32 and 16 bit color both Full screen and windowed it's on the third line of buttons.
