Auto Update program?

Does anyone know a program which you can run and it updates VS for you? Example www.project-entropia.com you just run it and it contacts the server and overwrites obselete files as soon as the new files are posted to the server. If you haven't got one it might be worth considering for ease of use.

It should be nice, better than cvs, in fact, if you don't want to compile it after each update. I remember Surf had some compiled binaries on his website, and after a fast verificatiion it seems it is still up to date:

A similar thing actually was included into vegastrike (haven't seen it myself), but it seems that it never really worked.
Somebody mentioned that the installer set the date/time of the files back to the install-date and then the upgrader didn't know that they were in fact much older.... or so.
So it's merely a problem with the installer (does this also count for linux packages?) than with the upgrade function (which is hopefully still in the code).
