I aspire to be a noobie, but can't get off the ground. Having downloaded vega from sourceforge I can't get the program to load. I keep getting:
Couldn't initialize video bpp 32 depth 24: No video mode large enough for 1024x768
with a series of other bbp and depth numbers. No matter what I enter as the resolution in vssetup it comes up with the same errors. Is it just that my computer isn't powerful enough for vega? I am attempting to run it on a netbook after all (acer aspire one)
help appreciated

Welcome jopedder which model of the aspire ie how fast is the CPU and what does it have for a GPU(graphics) and how much memory you are not the first to try though but i honestly do not think that it has the resources to run VS so that it is playable sorry but our older version may run.BTW which OS do you run.
